ADMINISTRATION TEAM

Our admin team have been trained to carry out their roles and work closely with GPs and the Management Team to ensure that patient needs are met.

The team will be able to deal with most of your enquiries, however there may be occasions whereby you are asked for more information in order to deal with your enquiry or referral.

Patient confidentiality is of utmost importance to us and will be respected should you be asked to share any additional information that would help to resolve your enquiry or help with any onward referrals.

All our staff are friendly and always willing to help. We try to create an open and inviting atmosphere to our patients and visitors.
